4: http://romhustler.net/ - A good site but like Cool Roms alot of there games are ESA and Can't download them. Also one of the few sites that offer PSX roms

3: http://www.romnation.net/ - This is one awesome site!! This is a great site for getting MAME Roms!! They also have Emulators for you to download
