Call Of Duty: World At War

anyone know whats going to be good about the new call of duty came because from what it seems its gonna suck because there's so many world war 2 games and this game is another. theres gonna be like no weapons. exept the ak 47 and other dumb ones.

Well call of duty will defintly make a good game knowing who made it and there success with there last game. plus world war two was a big event and many people like it.

I agree with noriko, and the last one (4) wasnt in WW2, wasn't it in like iraq?

Actually, as Yahtzee (aka Zero Punctuation from The Escapist) would say, a more fitting name would be Unspecified-istan. XD

Anyway, I don't exactly see the point of going BACK to WWII. I mean, sure, they made very good WWII games, but if CoD4 (which pretty much took place almost in the present time) was a success, why go back to a time period in which we know where almost everything happened by now, right down to the "HEADSHOTS!"? It just feels like a step back to me, but that's just my opinion. It'll probably be a great game anyway though, considering it IS Call of Duty.

i got the cod: world at war beta. this game is awesome. gameplay is almost identical to modern warfare. its crazy though because there are aperature sights for the mp 40 and thompson. there are also gun silencers so they made it like modern world war 2.
