What game would you suggest them to definitely play before they died?

I'd suggest Golden Sun for the GBA, and both games at that.
I've never played a game with such a compelling plot! Some others have come close but this just takes the biscuit. It has an awesome battle system, and such a vast map, it would take days to find & get 100% of everything possible in both games. I've never come across someone who has disliked this game overall, so i suggest you go out and hunt in every nook and cranny for a copy of the two games, Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age, and something to play it on, and enjoy losing your social life for the next few days

I think it would be suitable to put this in a General Gaming part of the forum, if we had one.
But most popular forums aren't this 'classified' so to speak, so i guess there's such a thing as being too organised. I'd suggest you leave general gaming posts here.

The .Hack//Gu series, its a great series, much better then the original .Hack series. Good if you like RPGs, and it doesnt require major grinding, you can easily take down an area 4 levels higher than you and gain a few levels.

I agree with you on the Tales games Ninja Boy specialy Tales Of Symphonia that game rocks HARDCORE X 9000!!!!

I've only played Tales of Symphonia, but it truly is awesome, so I completed it 3 times to get everything XD
So many hours...wasted...for a good cause! >:^D

Yeah and just think they have a new one coming out but it you liked symphonia a you should try phantasia it was one of the first tales game and one of the best in story lines at least I think so

Um another would be roadtrip for ps2 (not the crappy gc port or gba in that manner)
